Art + Architecture is a real estate photography company based in Nashville, Tennessee (USA), and we are in search of a Social Media Manager to head our client acquisition.
– The pay will be $5 per hour
– The required number of hours is ten hours per week, with the potential to increase hours over time
Our client acquisition is conducted mostly through Instagram, and we’re looking for someone to help us expand our efforts to reach out to more real estate agents. The day-to-day duties o this job will, in part, consist of the following:
– Utilizing Instagram search functions to find prospective local clients
? Implementing engagement strategies to bring company awareness to real estate agents
– Messaging and responding to offers providing our services
– Utilizing project management software to compile and organize efforts and results
Many of the aspects of the client outreach will consist of sending messages generated by our automatic message-generating tools. However, there will be aspects of the engagement that require both the writing of and responding to unique messages pertaining to very specific content. A such, we’re looking for someone with the following skills:
– Advanced enough English to read, understand, and craft appropriate responses to agents
– The ability to answer questions as agents respond to outreach
As time goes on, we hope to even further automate other aspects of our business. As such, there will be plenty of potential for growth and promotions in the company as more opportunities arise.
