5. Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum engagement and impact.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure our social media strategies remain effective and relevant.
8. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, and effectively manage online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
9. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance tracking.
10. Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

If you think you’ve got what it takes:

1. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
2. Certification in social media marketing or related field.
3. Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
4. Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
5. Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in social media marketing.
6. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
