Hi, I’m Dr. Elizabeth Rodgers,

I’m a Harvard trained health and longevity doctor, epidemiologist, researcher, speaker, author, and thought leader.

Many people struggle to feel whole and energized, and to create optimal health and wellbeing- mind, body and spirit, which makes them feel exhausted. As a health and longevity doctor with a PhD, I help people identify the root causes of why they’re not feeling their best and create roadmaps to heal from the inside-out. I believe the evolution of the modern healthcare system is upon us and I am here to create the health practice of the future NOW – a health and longevity practice.

I suffered a near death experience 16 years ago that changed my outlook on the way we approach health and healing, and now I’m on a mission.

As a researcher, I studied the causes of health issues. After spending over 15 years in the western healthcare system, I became disappointed in how often it fails patients. Now in my private practice, I work with leaders who are tired of being told they can only manage symptoms, who don’t want to be stuck, and who want to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being so they can be their healthiest and create a more health-conscious world. I help women follow a root cause approach and create roadmaps to heal from the inside out, so they can finally look and feel their best at any age – mind, body, and spirit.

As a values and purpose driven woman who is spiritually grounded, I’m here to serve and create expansion for people and the world. My business is transforming as I launch a newly structured health practice to include public speaking, writing, and executive consulting on a more regular basis. I need a teammate who shares my values and mission and has a passion for serving too, who is ready to grow with me!

WHAT I NEED:
A rockstar, high-vibe social media marketing and promotions manager who wants to help me build a world where people understand that the power to get unstuck and create the health and life of their dreams lives inside of them, and they know how to use it to align their identity with their health!

Your role on my team is extremely important. I need someone who is an expert at social media marketing, promotions, and management so we can optimize the use of every social media and marketing platform available to attract ideal, perfectly aligned clients. This will include, but is not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Rumble, and email.

During the next few months my business partner (husband) and I are launching other important businesses. At this time, you will transition from working part time to working full time on all of our businesses.

In General this role requires:
• Social media management – content creation for blogs and daily posts, templates and formats, scheduling, newsletter and maintaining email lists
• Social media marketing and promotions
• Marketing and promotions strategy
• Video editing
• Video creation (reels, long form, etc.)
• Graphic design (this will include the use of branded templates and original design)
• Content repurposing

REQUIREMENTS
? Must be available during some working hours Monday-Friday on the east coast (EST) of the United States for team communication, otherwise schedule is flexible
? English speaking and writing
? Marketing and promotions expert
? Social media marketing and managing expert
? Graphic design experience
? Self-motivated, self-directed
? Detail oriented and organized
? Passionate about making an impact in the world and serving others

POSITION
• This position will begin as part time (10-20 hours per week) for $300/month USD
• This position will be part time for 3-6 months, then this position will be FULL time
? When you begin full time, this position will require 40 hours per week for $600/month USD
? Salaries are non-negotiable. Regular bonuses and salary raises are provided.
