Social Media Manager

This is not an entry level job.
DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet these qualifications and, most of all, do not have experience as a VA and social media content writing and managing. It is fundamental that applicants are of similar or the exact background I’m looking for. We are trying to avoid wasting each other’s time.
I’m se/eking an individual who is an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager to create content for our social media platforms, generally Ins/tagram, Face/book, You/Tube, Tik/tok. I want to grow these accounts to reach various audiences and I need someone who actually knows what they are doing without having the need to be told what to do.
The ideal candidate should have:
– At least 1 year of experience as a VA and Social media content creator– Experience is a MUST as I need results
– Experience in Canva and/or any editing software, content creation and editing, with a proven track record of creating engaging and impactful content and engaging audiences
– A strong sense of what they’re doing, i.e., know what to post ahead of time, put the necessary hashtags, know how to grow the accounts and know what will appeal to the people, etc.
– Professional, have integrity. Honesty, clarity, focus.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread their own work
– Ability to work independently and manage their own time effectively
– Strong communication skills, highly organized and consistent

Responsibilities will include:
– Developing and editing content for social media platforms such as Tik/Tok, You/Tube, and Inst/agram.
– Write engaging content that is relevant to our audience, in our voice, and gets people engaging, opting in, and taking action
– Repurposing existing content for different platforms and creating reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos
– Execute strategies by managing accounts, producing content, and engaging with followers
– Responding to comments and messages on social media
– Performing research and other tasks as assigned
