Founded in 2014, our pages span across Facebook and Instagram, serving as a space where our diverse community interacts and shares ideas.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and curate 15-20 unique, visually compelling images per day that resonate with our audience and align with our brand ethos. Your creative flair and ability to convey complex ideas visually will be central to this role.

Content Scheduling: Efficiently schedule our daily content across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring that our followers receive a steady stream of inspiring and thought-provoking posts throughout the day.

Community Moderation: Monitor and respond to comments on our platforms, striking a balance between encouraging healthy discussion and maintaining a respectful and constructive community environment. You will need to tactfully handle any inappropriate remarks or spam, including deletion of offensive comments and banning of spammers.

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with our community by responding to the most engaging comments and stimulating conversation around our posts. Your eloquent written communication skills will be key in representing our brand and fostering a sense of community among our followers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent command over English, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of social media management best practices. A background in spirituality or personal development is highly desirable.
