OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a talented Social Media Manager with 2+ years of previous social media management experience to create and post daily content for 2 of our clients on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok. The job will be part time working Monday-Sunday around 1-4hrs per day as the work load varies. We run a digital marketing agency in Central Florida that specializes in video marketing such as social media content and advertisements. We have several clients who we manage their social media accounts and are looking for someone to post, engage, and help grow 2 businesses pages that are in the fitness and health space. This position is part time but we are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us and will eventually be in a full time position and managing more than 2 accounts.

TASKS:
-Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and voice.
-Create a brand strategy for accounts if they are not already in place
-Posting content daily for 2 businesses on each platform (content will be provided and occasionally will need in-app editing that we will give instructions on)
-Resharing posted content to stories and paying attention to clients tagged posts to reshare as well
-Creating marketing graphics through Canva to share to stories and feeds (we have an account we will add you to)
-Writing quality captions that match the clients voice with no grammatical errors
-Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the company’s presence.
-Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other relevant insights.
-Monitor and respond to comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner and seek guidance from your manager to make sure you respond appropriately
-Understand market research to make sure captions are accurate and help build the brand
-Engage with others content

REQUIREMENTS:
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
-Proven experience in social media management. (2+ YEARS)
-Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
-Proficient in graphic design tools, including Canva.
-Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and Notion.
-Familiarity with major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Flexibility to adapt to a growing workload.
-Avalaible during EST working hours and in communication at all times
-Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools

PROVIDED:
-Access to our Canva Pro account
-Full training of each task
-Majority of content will be provided for you

HOURS: Part time / 28 hrs week.

RATE: $500/ month with pay increase with more clients accounts added
