Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating engaging content. As a Social Media Manager your primary responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Content Strategy and Creation

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy client’s brand identity and target audience.
Generate innovative ideas for engaging and specific content.
Create a range of multimedia content, such as images and videos

2. Content Calendar Planning

Design and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
Coordinate content themes and campaigns in alignment with client’s marketing objectives and seasonal events.
Plan ahead for key dates and promotions, integrating them seamlessly into the content calendar.

3. Scheduling and Uploading Content for Multiple Clients

Use social media management tools to schedule and upload posts for various clients efficiently.
Ensure that all content is posted at optimal times for maximum engagement and reach.

4. Basic Graphic Design

Demonstrate proficiency in Canva or similar tools to create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts.
Ensure all graphics align with the client’s branding and aesthetic guidelines.

5. Content Management

Oversee the uploading and scheduling of posts on various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube.
Possess basic knowledge of video editing to create and edit engaging reels and videos.
Utilize video editing software to enhance visual content, ensuring it is captivating and aligns with brand messaging.

6. Communication

Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills for effective outreach and engagement on platforms.
Respond promptly to comments and messages on social media to foster community engagement and maintain a positive online presence.
Utilize effective copywriting skills to craft compelling social media posts that resonate with the audience.

7. Community Management and Inbox Management

Actively manage and engage with the online community, building strong relationships with followers and potential customers.
Efficiently manage the inbox, ensuring all inquiries, comments, and messages are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in social media management or a related field is required
– Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools.
– Strong organizational skills to manage content schedules effectively.
– Creativity and an eye for detail to create visually appealing content.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with social media trends and algorithms.
– Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a working laptop or computer for remote work.
