Job Description:
As our Social Media Ads Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media Ads strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement across various social channels. Your creative ideas and data-driven approach will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and manage engaging and visually appealing ad content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and bid strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement improvements in ad performance.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest features and best practices.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creative that aligns with our brand and campaign objectives.
Provide regular reports and insights to management and clients on campaign performance and recommended optimizations.
Work closely with the social media team to align ad campaigns with broader social media strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Ads Manager or a similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop effective ad copy and visuals.
Experience with A/B testing and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
