Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: 20 hours per week, $10 AUD per hour

We are a new digital agency looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to help grow our clients’ online presence and achieve their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Manage social media accounts and create content calendars that align with clients’ brand and business goals.
– Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
– Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions and respond promptly.
– Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their business and marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and suggest new ideas to improve clients’ social media presence.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in social media management.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Experience in creating engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
– Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
