Social Media Manager For Real Estate Group In The USA. Part Time. Flexible Hours.

2. DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can grow our audience on FB, Instagram & TikTok by consistently posting content that our company produces.

3. SKILLS REQUIRED
• Copywriting (English writing) – You must be able to recognize the core points in each video we produce and write descriptions that convey these points in a concise, easy to read manner.
• SEO – You must understand how to utilize descriptions & hashtags that are most likely to reach our intended audience. You must understand how to use analytics to make adjustments and advise our team on what’s working (or not working).
• Graphic Design – I need you to at least be able to make all of my banners, icons, profile pictures, and story buttons look good & adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Social Media Scheduler – You must understand how to plan & schedule social media posts.
• Bonus Skill: Editing – This is not a requirement but if you know how to edit a long YouTube video into short vertical posts for IG&TikTok, this is a huge bonus for us.

4) Hours, Pay & Location
•10-20 hours a week to start. Potential for full-time in the future.
• You can work any hours you want as long as you schedule posts for the correct times & are responsive via email or WhatsApp within 12 hours.
• $3 – $7 /hour USD depending on skills & experience.
