Role Overview:

We’re on the hunt for a talented Social Media Manager who can assist in not just creating content, but more importantly, in expanding our digital footprint across platforms, especially on Instagram and LinkedIn. The main goal is to connect with our target audience and achieve an ambitious sales target for our ebook.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness.

2. Design and source visual content that aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience.

3. Craft compelling messages and stories to engage our target market.

4. Engage with our online community on a daily basis, answering queries and fostering connections.

5. Analyze user engagement data, and refine strategies on-the-fly to maximize ROI.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

7. Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends; ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of industry discussions.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn algorithm and platform specifics.
– Proficient in content creation and curation.
– Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them on social platforms.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite is a plus.
