About the Job:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Personnel to handle our social media accounts. Such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube (We will also need to find more channels)
Our company’s Social Media Personnel’s duties include the following:
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
• Create graphic designs for posting specially on Instagram account
• Daily Postings on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reels, Stories and other social media platforms.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective clients, like promotions etc.
• Increase followers to our social media accounts
• Responsible for all the queries of clients in social media platforms.
• Lead Generation – Youtube Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Website marketing
•Any other responsibilities that might arise while performing this job:
-Chat GPT
-InVideo
-Create promo videos
-Manage Shopify
Requirements:
1. 1 to 2 years’ experience as social media personnel/manager
2. At least 1 year experience as graphic designer/artist
3. Must know how to use Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other equivalent digital media editing tools (content marketing)
4. If you have a social media portfolio or previous work examples, please include those in your application
5. Time management skills with the ability to multitask various social media accounts
6. Experience developing social media strategies.
7. Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
8. Knowledgeable about the life cycle of Lead Gen
9. Must be knowledgeable in using different kind of scheduling tools for posting

Work Schedule:
8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break) (Monday – Friday) EST
8Hrs Google Meet everyday for work monitoring (open camera)
