Job Title: Personal Instagram Manager

About the Role:

Are you passionate about social media, fitness, and community engagement? I am seeking a creative and motivated Personal Instagram Manager to oversee and enhance my personal Instagram account @roger_talks_health. This role involves crafting engaging content, fostering community interaction, and promoting my personal brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Work with me to develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that reflects my passion for fitness, community support, and personal life. This includes photos, videos, stories, and captions.
Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with my brand and values.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community.
Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to increase follower count, engagement, and overall reach of the Instagram account.
Collaboration: Work closely with me to capture authentic moments and insights that resonate with my audience.
Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of content and strategies. Adjust plans based on insights.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Instagram accounts, preferably for personal brands or influencers.
Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and authentic captions.
Knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
Passion for fitness, community engagement, and personal development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to suggesting new ideas and improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in social media marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience with photo and video editing tools.

Compensation:

This is a casual position paid at $8 AUD per hour.
Minimum of 2 hours per week paid.
