the job itself it will involve to use an integrated software that is getting people attention to our business page for us to get in contact with them . the job it will involve around 350- 550 words to be typed in each shift and the language of the conversations will be English , so a good level of understanding, typing and speaking will be necessary to perform for this job .
the perfect candidates are gonna be getting trained to progress with us and help them to expand their knowledge and skills in the relationship and communication industry .
we can offer 3 works shift based on your availability and a coffee-brake of 10 minutes for each 2 hours of work.
8:00 AM – 16:00 PM PH time zone
16:00 PM to 00:00 AM PH time zone
00:00 – 08:00 AM PH time zone
the main candidate will have good PC operating skills, and ideally it will come with a PC using / copywriting / marketing backgroud.
you are gonna be trained by our managers to perform better and better at your job and we are gonna listen to your needs to make your work place a lot more better and favorable .
once the team is gonna be established we are not close to the idea to create a hybrid / full office type of space for those who might be interested in this type of work.
the payment for this job is gonna be done via bank/crypto/paypal (you are choosing ) and is gonna be weekly

for every 40 hours of work per week(Monday to Friday) the hour rate is gonna be $1
for Saturday and Sunday the payment is going to be $1.5 for each hour worked .
14 days off a year fully paid at the hour rate for those who are going to work on a long term basis.
life insurance fully paid by the company after 3 months worked with us .
contract signed after a month of work for the long term security of your job and wage .
further promotion available for those who are showing team leader, recruitment and management skills that will be paid at higher rate
bonuses available for those who perform at the given tasks and are serious about their work .
