What We’re Looking for

• Extensive Social Media Management, Branding, or relevant field experience.
• A portfolio or examples of social media pages or YouTube channels you’ve managed.
• Strong proficiency with Social Media scheduling tools like Sprout Social and Buffer.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English via Zoom, chat, and email.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional content.
• A motivated self-starter.
• Willingness to research trends and stay on top of the latest Social Media concepts.
• A true digital native.

Your Role

• Develop and execute social media campaigns and content strategies for the company and our clients.
• Manage the publishing schedule, ensuring timely and engaging content across platforms.
• Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
• Meet with the team weekly to discuss and determine our projects’ plans.
• Give feedback on us. We want you to have the best experience, so it’s your job to tell us how we’re doing.
