We’re looking for an exceptional, experienced Social Media Manager who can own the role.

Your key purpose is to make sure the social media activities are generating tangible results so that the Managing Director and client delivery team can serve more clients.

About You
Are you confident and take ownership of your responsibilities? Do you like to have the freedom to run your tasks – within a certain amount of structure.

For this interesting Social Media Manager role, we’re looking for a team player who can follow systems but also use their initiative when needed. Someone who can manage their own schedule once priorities are set, someone who picks things up quickly once training is given and who can juggle routine tasks with occasional urgent priorities in any one day.

About the role
This role is primarily Social Media Manager role plus supports the Managing Director with some admin tasks.

Social Media:

• Designing social media campaigns strategy (including setting targets and outcomes for each campaign)
• Writing content eg posts, blogs, articles and web copy
• Creating and posting content (sourcing on-brand images, creating draft written content, basic video editing, managing the posting schedule)
• Managing social media accounts – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
• Analyse campaign reports (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Report, etc.)
• Weekly email newsletters
• Basic SEO Google management
• Google Business Page management

Managing Director’s assistant:
• Email and calendar management
• Data entry
• Providing marketing support
• Document management
• Some client and supplier interactions (by phone, text, WhatsApp, email and/or on Microsoft Teams or Zoom)

Remote working during New Zealand work day (4-5 hours ahead of PH time). You’ll be a team player, but comfortable working on your own or interacting with the team.

Skills in the following platforms:
• Mailchimp
• LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
• Office 365 Suite
• Canva
• WordPress website
• Lastpass
(CRM) or similar would be useful

Initially 10-15 hours per week with the potential to grow to full time hours.
