JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Social Media Manager, you will join our growing team and contribute to managing client accounts for our social media management services. We’re seeking a talented individual who can create captivating content, design eye-catching visuals, and skillfully run social media campaigns across different platforms. Ultimately, we are looking for a partner, someone who is reliable, competent, and willing to do what it takes to complete tasks.

RESPONSIBILITY

YOU MUST; BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY – AND DAY SHIFT
Excellent time management and the ability to submit tasks in on time whilst maintaining attention to detail.
The ability to analyse data, insights, and metrics to track the performance of Facebook campaigns and make informed decisions.
Effectively communicate with excellent written British English.
Plan content strategy but remain adaptable to changes in trends, client and audience preferences.
Maintain a cohesive and branded feed to create a visually appealing and recognisable profile.
Interact with your audience, respond to comments, and actively engage to build a loyal following.
Emphasise the importance of visually striking images to capture the attention of users on socials.
Incorporate relevant hashtags to increase discoverability and reach a wider audience.

Bring your creative flair to the table, developing engaging posts, stunning images, videos, and infographics tailored to each client’s unique personality and target audience.

Your keen eye for detail and mastery of English will ensure that all content is polished and error-free.

Collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the team, aligning social media initiatives with broader digital marketing campaigns.

Dive into the data to analyse social media metrics, providing regular reports to clients and offering data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven social media management experience with a track record of successful campaigns for diverse clients.

Exceptional creativity and design skills to develop visually appealing and engaging content.

Proficient in using AI tools and platforms to enhance social media performance and content creation efforts.

Strong command of the English language, with keen attention to grammar and proofreading skills.

Self-motivated, highly proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent time management skills, delivering work on time and remaining responsive when contacted.
