Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management, with a strong focus on Instagram and Meta Business Manager.

This role is essential in enhancing our social media presence and driving engagement through strategic content planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough hashtag research to identify the most effective tags for maximizing reach and engagement.
Perform competitor research to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Develop a comprehensive Pillar Canva plan to ensure consistent and cohesive content themes.
Generate 100 creative hooks and content ideas tailored to our target audience.
Schedule content on Meta Business Manager, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Launch and manage Meta Business Manager campaigns, including ad creation and targeting.
Optimize our Instagram presence by analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta Business Manager.
Proficiency in using Canva and other content creation tools.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing is a plus.
