Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and the legal industry’s unique challenges.
Manage and oversee social media content for multiple clients across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Create engaging, informative, and professional content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that reflects our clients’ brand and legal expertise.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and moderate comments to foster a positive community.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Work closely with the content creation and SEO teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the legal industry or a B2B environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
