We are looking for a Social Media Manager for one of our client, Peter Rowland Group, who is EXPERIENCED in handling social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Business: Peter Rowland Group
Position: Offshore Social Media & Content Manager
Reports to: COO
Internal Relationships: Senior Leadership team, Departments across Head Office and venue manager.
External Relationships: Suppliers, Clients, Customers of OHH & Peter Rowland Group
Role Purpose: Manage and oversee the delivery of social media content for Peter Rowland Group that optimises business growth in line with our vision and values of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Results Area: Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Operations & Customer Experience:
• Act as an ambassador for Peter Rowland Group by upholding brands standards and creating an exceptional customer experience, at all times
• Create, schedule and monitor daily content for social media accounts for portfolio of brands across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Website.
• Grow social channels (monitoring followers, social traffic & conversion to revenue)
• Draft and create engaging copy for content that is on brand and drives leads
• Manage feedback, complaints, and communications for all online social media
• Manage community engagement
• Create engaging content in conjunction with marketing strategies and growth objectives
• Manage digital content library, ensuring all content is updated correctly
• Evolve with current social media strategies and be agile to change to ensure Peter Rowland Group remains competitive
• Monitor online campaigns and results
• Create reports on social media results, customer engagement, and sales from insights gained to continually improve on growth targets
• Develop and adhere to PRG social media content and strategy that aligns both brand identity and client brands across multiple channels & offerings (including restaurants, cafes, venues, events as well as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat)
• Establish and sustain a productive relationship with key client contacts
• Create and maintain a social media marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlines for different dates, as well as plan for where and how the content will be shared
• Research, write, produce and outsource where required, media content production (whether written, image-based or video
• Generate effective social media influencer campaigns, where powerful social users become brand advocates
• Monitor brand and product – related conversations to measure sentiment, be vigilant of PR emergencies, identify important follow up responses required from PRG
• Track and measure performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients to foster an environment of trust in a manner which promotes understanding of effective work outcomes
• Lead by example with product knowledge and have a comprehensive understanding of various products available within the marketing sector
• Support the business strategy and initiatives for future development in Operational Management meetings
• Maintain a positive customer service environment through sound verbal and non-verbal communications ensuring customers are welcomed and treated professionally and respectfully, at all times
• Foster a commitment to exceed the client’s expectations, always delivering on the promise of customer service excellence
• Adhere to company policy on customer complaints and feedback
• Perform accurate and timely administrative duties relating to the role, including planning, organising and delivery of tasks with a sense of urgency
• Negotiate with suppliers, as required
• Attend department and cross – functional meetings to ensure everyone works as a team towards business goals and maintains a good working relationship with each other and the wider network
• Adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences to ensure the delivery of key messages are understood by training participants
• Manage challenges and work pressures with confidence & clarity and embrace change with positivity
• Always respect the trust and confidentiality of the position

• Be a positive ambassador for the business; delivering the highest level of customer service whilst achieving the best commercial return for the business
• Actively promote the business to prospective corporate and private market segments and where possible, actively promote all departments across the business
• Identify and develop business opportunities; build successful commercial relationships that will see the business meet, and where possible exceed desired growth objectives

Team engagement:
• Promote the wellness of PRG people by upholding policies in line with labour legislation and health and safety guidelines to ensure a diverse and positive working environment
• Collaborate within and across the business to deliver on shared business objectives
• Ensure that strong relationships are secured with clients and their organisation in general by being customer and service focused, at all times
• Consistently be available to the client to discuss in an open and collaborative manner any issues and take ownership over ensuring solutions are promptly actioned
• Partner with People Experience team to ensure all people management strategies are in place and employee relation issues, risks are managed in line with legislation, company policy and best practice

Stakeholder Management:
• Ensure all clients communications are professional, honest, cooperative, and timely
• Develop and foster strong business relationships towards the attainment of common business goals
• Partner with cross – functional teams across the business and maintain constant communications between head office, General Managers, operation teams and suppliers to ensure business information is passed and followed through
• Continually update knowledge of best practice standards to maintain the trust and confidence of stakeholders and team to meet the changing needs of the business and profession
• Build and foster internal and external partnerships in line with PRG values and vision

Safety Standards:
• Present self and perform duties in compliance with business values & policies, code of conduct and relevant legislation & regulations contributing to a professional and safe workplace
• Drive and uphold brand standards, policies, procedures, food safety and OH&S
• Analyse challenging situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the management and mitigation of risk for individuals and the business, at all times
• Administer and uphold plans, policies and procedures as they relate to Covid Safety, escalating incidents with urgency and identifying opportunities to mitigate any potential risk

Preferred Experience/ Qualifications:
• Brings demonstrable experience in a similar social media marketing role with a strong brand identity focus
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and supplier management
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint)

Salary is PHP20,000 for the first 3 months trial period.
After 3 months, base salary will be PHP22,000 per month.
(SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE)

REMUNERATION and WHAT WE PROVIDE
Work Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm (Melbourne Australian Time Zone).
Start Salary: 20,000 PESO per month.
(SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE)
Probation (Trial) Period: 3 months
After Probation Salary: 22,000 PESO per month
Annual Increase: 1,000 PESO anniversary date
Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year.
Sick Leave: 10 days paid sick leave per year.
Bonus: Additional Month Salary each DECEMBER (pro-rata)
