I am looking for a social media manager to work online and help me with advertising the work of my company in the UK. We need someone to help us with our outreach on social media.
We would need you to do the following within the role:
* Perform research on audience preferences
* Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
* Set specific objectives and report on ROI
* Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
* Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
* Communicate with the main social work team to keep up to date with the work we do to ensure brand consistency
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
* Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
* Promote positive mental health and learning disability content especially on national awareness days
* Circulate important social care news and trends to keep followers aware of legislative changes to what our company do
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
You may also perform some minimal Personal Assistant tasks, such as:
Support with emails – personal and business
Support with contract finding
Complete funding applications for our business
Find Local Authorities to start new contracts
Organise my to do lists and prioritise my tasks
Find networking opportunities in my industry
Work will be flexible and pay can be further negotiated based on amount of work completed a month.
