You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and the ability to stay abreast of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and target audience.
– Identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Create, curate, and manage engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
– Develop multimedia content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
– Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner.
– Foster and grow online communities through conversations and interactions.
– Conduct regular analyses of audience demographics and preferences to tailor content and strategies accordingly.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
– Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to achieve specific business goals.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
– Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and generate reports.
– Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance metrics.
– Monitor social media channels for potential issues and develop strategies for managing and mitigating crises.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and their features.
– Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
– Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
– Strategic mindset with the ability to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
