We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. As a Social Media Manager VA, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating compelling content, engaging with followers, handling leads, managing a CRM system, acting as a project manager, and optimizing website content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
– Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) for the company and/or clients.
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
– Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including photography and video
– Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly.
– Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
Content Creation and Curation:
– Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and tone.
– Design visually appealing graphics and images to accompany social media posts.
– Must be an excellent (vertical) video editor, and able to quickly edit and create Reels and TikToks.
– Research and curate relevant industry-related content to share with the target audience.
Lead Management and CRM:
– Handle inbound leads generated through social media channels and respond in a timely and professional manner.
– Manage and organize leads in a CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
– Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through personalized communication.
Project Management:
– Act as a project manager for social media campaigns and initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners where applicable.
– Set goals, establish timelines, and ensure the timely execution of projects.
– Create a weekly and monthly posting schedule and adhere to it.
Website Content Optimization:
– Conduct website content audits to identify areas for improvement in terms of SEO, user experience, and conversion optimization.
– Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and keyword placement, to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
– Capable of implementing small content changes and track their effectiveness.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Virtual Assistant, preferably in managing multiple social media accounts.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
– Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and lead management processes for social media campaigns.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and website content optimization.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
– Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
