We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and spearhead the promotion of i-navigator National SaaS based referral management platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in increasing awareness of our platform and driving sign-ups for support services, focused on the UK, and then raising awareness Internationally.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote i-navigator National and increase brand visibility.
– Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
– Identify and engage with key influencers, partners, and relevant communities to amplify our reach and drive user acquisition.
– Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to optimise content strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and enhance our social media presence.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
– Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through social media.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. (such as Canva)
