Social media manager

RecoverPro is a small sized company based in the uk. We specialise in a recovery and rejuvenation based approach to increase professional performance and output. Currently we offer home visit massage, NormaTec, cupping, hot/cold therapy and we work with professionals in the corporate world and professional athletes in house, and remotely, to optimise their performance through improving their ability to recover. The potential for growth in the next few years is massive, the wellness economy already is (2020) 5.1% of global economic output and is estimated to be worth around $7trillion by the year 2025. The team already consists of a qualified physiotherapist, sports masseuse, and strength and conditioning graduate. And we work in two major cities in the UK (Nottingham and Birmingham). Our growing list of clients include international athletes in basketball, MMA, BJJ, athletics, rugby and football. We have the support of two universities, products in development, and plans to open our first Recover and Rejuvenation clinic in Croatia.
Because we live in an attention based economy and, from a business perspective, having a great service is not enough to be successful. We are looking for someone to generate great, viral, and consistent social media content to increase the traffic to our growing platforms. A wide reach will serve us well especially prior to the release of our products. These will mainly be (but not limited to) videos. 3-10 second tik tok style videos. 15-60second ‘reel’ type videos. 2-10minute YouTube videos for longer form projects. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with the role, suggest improvements, ask questions, and to be consistent. There is potential be employed via us full time should the relationship build to that. Videos will be filmed here and all that would be required is the post editing and other small miscellaneous tasks like researching, contact list building etc.
There will be rough examples of our own work or you will be shown a style of editing from another online account we like so you will always have guidelines to work off until you are confident to go and work without it as you would have a feel for what we are trying to produce.
Other requirements:
– Stable internet, files may be large in size, some even in 4K and raw footage may be in excess of 40 mins.
– Personal laptop/computer with i5 processor, equivalent or above. (Apple products desirable)
