Position Overview:
I am seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the social media presence of my brand regarding women facing fertility issues and promote my online courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing posts on Instagram and resizing them for other social media channels (Pinterest and TikTok), as well as turning visual content into videos. The role requires expertise in creating reels, generating innovative content ideas, and possessing a keen eye for design. Proficiency in using Canva is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for brand across various platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram.
Create visually captivating and engaging posts for Instagram, ensuring they align with brand’s identity, voice, and marketing objectives.
Resize and adapt Instagram posts for other social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Video and Shorts, and Pinterest, while maintaining their quality and visual appeal.
Create compelling and creative reels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and provide recommendations for incorporating new features into brand strategies.
Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and optimise content strategies accordingly to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and timely delivery of content – ideally 1/2 posts per day.
Ensure any blogs are promoted via social media channels.
Generate innovative content ideas, campaigns, and collaborations to enhance brand awareness and drive organic growth.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multiple brands’ social media accounts.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
Proficiency in using Canva to create visually appealing posts and graphics.
Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and effective reels for Instagram.
Exceptional creativity and the ability to come up with innovative ideas for social media content.
Excellent knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset and the ability to track and interpret social media metrics and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and spelling. English language.
Familiarity with brand identity and voice, with the ability to maintain consistency.
A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
