**Responsibilities:**
– Craft / inspire engaging social media posts that align with each client’s brand and campaign goals.
– Develop and implement strategic content calendars and schedules across major platforms.
– Master social media scheduling tools like Hypefury, TweetHunter, Metricool, HootSuite and others, to optimize content delivery.
– Analyze performance metrics to refine social media strategies and continuously improve results.
– Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and capitalizing on emerging social media trends.

– English Speaking a MUST
– 1+ Year(s) of Scriptwriting / Copywriting Experience Recommended
– Available at least 5 days/week
– Must have a high-quality portfolio of previous social media management work
– You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Pay Structure**
– $3 – $10/hour based on experience
Potential Bonuses:
– Follower Growth: Bonus for achieving a target increase in followers across designated platforms within a specified timeframe.
– Engagement Rate: Bonus for exceeding a benchmark average engagement rate (likes, shares, comments) across posts.
– Reach: Bonus for achieving significant growth in organic or paid reach on specific campaigns.
– Lead Generation: Bonus for driving a designated number of qualified leads through social media campaigns.
Example Bonus Ranges:
– Smaller Bonuses: $50 – $150 for achieving smaller milestones.
– Larger Bonuses: $150 – $300+ for exceeding significant goals or campaign targets.
