At Moxie Partners, Inc. (), we empower nurse-entrepreneurs in the USA to build and scale their own successful, independent MedSpa clinics. With the industry’s rapid growth, MedSpas have become a means for many women to venture into business ownership. However, the challenge of effectively promoting and managing their businesses can be a daunting task. That’s where Moxie, and this role in particular, steps in.

Many of our nurse-entrepreneurs are new to the realm of business and for many of our new Medspa clients their primary revenue driver is Meta Ads. At Moxie Partners we work with an agency to run paid Meta ads for over 100 clients and that number continues to grow on a weekly basis. We are looking for a Meta marketing manager who knows how to run best-in-class campaigns and has great communication skills. The marketing manager will report directly to the head of marketing.

In your role, your primary responsibility will be to manage the marketing agency, provide marketing support and insights to the Provider Success team, and to launch experiments that increase our revenue on a monthly basis. Specifically you will:

-Work with the agency to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on driving increased revenue for our Medspa clients
-Problem-solving and Innovation: Proactively identify marketing challenges and devise innovative strategies to overcome them, staying ahead of industry trends and adopting best practices.
-Data Analysis: Monitor marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.
-Presentation and Communication: Deliver persuasive and insightful presentations to internal stakeholders, sharing campaign results, recommendations, and future plans.
-Support our Provider Success team with paid marketing asks and updates

We’re looking for candidates who have:
-Experience managing paid search and paid social marketing agency partners (or have managed a team of in-house marketing managers).
-1 to 3 years of paid Meta Marketing experience
-At least 1 year experience with Go High Level
-Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Demonstrated experience developing creative and unique solutions to marketing challenges faced by small businesses.
-Proven experience in managing marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting objectives.
-Experience presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely.
-Ability to embrace a start-up culture that requires everyone to stretch up and lean down at any given moment, to try new things, and to constantly experiment.
-Are willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST).
-Boast strong written and verbal English skills.
-Exhibit high attention to detail and reliability.
-Can execute tasks efficiently and effectively.

Additional requirements:
-Reliable internet connection (>10mbps).
-Quiet working environment.
-Proficiency in English.
Bonus if:
-You have experience with Google My Business.
-You possess SEO expertise.
-You have a background in graphic design (e.g., with Canva).
-You have previously worked in a healthcare/beauty/wellness business.
-You have experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
