The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our Australian-based Online toy store. The ideal candidate will lead our social media strategy and execute engaging campaigns across various platforms. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media content, monitoring our online presence, and analysing the success of our social media efforts.

Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Work from home position
35,000-40,000 PHP per month
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Create engaging content, such as posts, images, videos, and reels, that are aligned with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
Analyse and report on the success of our social media efforts, including metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, and use data to continually improve our strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our social media strategy as appropriate.
Analyse and report on the success of our Shopify Sales, including shoppers habits, purchases, organic vs ad spend etc.
Develop Email Marketing campaigns for our Newsletter
Develop Email campaigns for Upsells, abandoned cart, etc

Skills, Experience & Requirements
At least 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in the e-commerce industry.)
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends, and experience with social media advertising campaigns.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure, analyze, and report on social media metrics.
Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for driving engagement and growth on social media.
Team player with strong collaboration and project management skills.
Experience with Shopify a plus
Extensive Experience in Canva
Experience with generating content with ChatpGPT a plus
High Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
