We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Assistant to manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging and detailed content, post daily, edit videos, and keep up with the latest social media trends to ensure our brand stays relevant and appealing to our audience.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
– Develop and create engaging and highly detailed content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
– Craft compelling captions and posts that reflect our brand voice and mission
– Design visually appealing graphics and images to complement posts

2. Social Media Management:
– Post content daily across all social media channels
– Schedule and manage social media calendar to ensure consistent posting
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

3. Video Editing:
– Edit videos for social media, including tutorials, behind-the-scenes, and promotional content
– Ensure high-quality video production that aligns with our brand aesthetics

4. Trend Analysis:
– Research and identify the latest social media trends and apply them to our content strategy
– Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform our social media approach

5. Analytics and Reporting:
– Track and analyze social media performance metrics
– Provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and other key performance indicators
– Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management and content creation
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
– Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– Creative mindset with attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
