Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital presence, crafting and executing strategies to engage our audience across various social media platforms. Your role involves curating compelling content, fostering community interaction, and driving brand awareness and loyalty. From conceptualizing campaigns to analyzing metrics, you’ll have a hand in every aspect of our social media presence.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

– Produce high-quality visual and written content that engages, informs, and inspires our audience.

2. Graphic Design

– Design stunning graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets that align with our brand identity and messaging.
– Use your creative prowess to bring ideas to life and enhance the visual appeal of our content.

3. Brand Identity

– Ensure consistency in branding across all digital touchpoints, from social media posts to promotional materials.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and evolve our brand identity as needed.

4. Community Cultivator

– Foster meaningful connections with our audience through authentic and interactive engagement.
– Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and participate in relevant conversations.

5. Analytics

– Track and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
– Provide regular reports on key metrics and trends, with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

– Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
– Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Experience

– 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
