Role Overview:
The Social Media Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our social media strategies and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
Social Media Planning: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and content calendars.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and insights for optimizing content and strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to ensure our social media strategies remain fresh and competitive.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand voice and integrity across all social media platforms.
Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance our social media presence and engagement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience in eco-friendly products is a plus.

Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and reports.
