What You’ll Do:
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
– Create and curate engaging multimedia content across social platforms, including text posts, videos, and images.
– Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
– Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
– Coordinate with Marketing & Website teams to ensure brand consistency.
– Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.
– Manage and oversee social media content while measuring the success of every social media campaign.
– Engage with our online community and respond to comments and requests.
– Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
– Communicate with the customer service team to identify consumer trends.
– Communicate with creators and other opportunities with our Influencer Manager.
Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success:
– 3-5 years of experience, with a portfolio of successful campaigns that have sparked conversations and connections.
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook is essential.
– Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
– Deep understanding of US-based social media trends and requirements.
– Ability to edit content.
– Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
– Familiarity with web design and publishing.
– Fundamentals of ChatGPT and how it applies to your position and problem-solving.
