Job Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in organic growth strategies, content creation, and managing ad campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive engagement and conversions through creative and effective social media tactics.

Responsibilities:

Organic Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across all social media platforms.
Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Content Creation:
Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
Plan and schedule content using tools like ClickUp, Hootsuite,Later, Taplio or Lemlist.
Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.

Ad Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.

Expectations:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Demonstrated success in LinkeIn, Instagram, Twitter/X organic growth, content creation, and ad campaign management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with online communities.
Proficiency in tools like Flick, Hootsuite, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, ConvertKit, SproutSocial, Dribbble, Webflow, Creator Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Asana, Loom, Later, ManyChat, Canva, Go High Level, Taplio, LemList, etc.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Portfolio showcasing previous work and successful social media campaigns.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly motivated, growth-minded, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Compensation:
The compensation is project-based with significant upside potential based on performance. The more client accounts you handle and the better your results, the more you earn.
