About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves managing two key social media platforms: the personal page of our founder, Osi, who is the face of our brand and promotes herself as a teacher, and the Osi Oils brand page. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing videos, managing posts, engaging with our community, and growing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Management:

Edit and manage video content created by Osi for her personal page.
Post content at least 4 times a week, primarily focusing on Reels.
Develop and post engaging content for the Osi Oils brand page, including affiliate videos, product highlights, and ingredient information.
Ensure a consistent posting schedule of at least 4 times a week for the Osi Oils page, incorporating both Reels and still images.
Utilize stories to engage with our audience and keep them updated.

2. Community Engagement:

Respond to comments and direct messages on both Osi’s personal page and the Osi Oils brand page.
Engage with other posts to increase visibility and grow the pages.
Identify any comments or messages that require Osi’s attention and notify her accordingly.

3. Collaboration:

Work directly with Osi to understand her preferences and the brand values.
Follow guidance from Osi regarding content direction and brand messaging.

4. Growth Strategy:

Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram.
Strong video editing skills and familiarity with creating engaging Reels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the founder.
Creative mindset with a passion for social media and community engagement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
