Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics. Your goal will be to grow our brand’s online presence, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website. @CDLDrivingacademy. You will be working with our inhouse content creator and your role is to manage the growth of the brands
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.
-Create content ideas and scripts for each plat form
-Manage, post and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
– Required posts per day 7 days per week
IG & FB – (3 reels/post, 3 stories)
YT – (1 Long form 2 shorts)
LinkedIn – 2 posts per day
Tiktok – 6 posts per day
-Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with our audience.
-Collaborate with the content creator team to produce high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s identity and resonates with the target audience.
-Write captivating and persuasive copy for titles, captions, tweets, posts, and other social media content, adhering to the brand’s tone and style guidelines.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
-Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance reports and present key findings to the marketing team.
-Manage influencer partnerships and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and awareness.
-Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and copyright laws.
-Monitor online brand mentions and manage online reputation through proactive engagement and crisis management if required.
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid promotion.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy.
-Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and video editing software.
-Strong analytical skills and experience in using social media analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
-Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
-Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses and personal Brands.
Knowledge of SEO and its application in social media marketing.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
