Job Description

Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for posting daily on clients’ social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing followers, likes, and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with the audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Post daily on clients’ social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create engaging posts, reels, and other content to drive engagement and increase followers.
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Post comments on relevant posts and in groups to increase visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client goals.
Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports and insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media presence.

Main KPIs:
Follower Growth: Increase the number of followers across all client social media accounts.
Engagement Rates: Achieve higher engagement rates (likes, shares, comments) on posts.
Content Performance: Ensure high performance of posts, reels, and other content.
Response Time: Maintain prompt response times to comments and messages.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality work.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent communication and engagement skills.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing or related industry.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies.
