Scale Masters Coaching, an innovative startup poised to revolutionize the way small businesses automate operations and expand client pipelines, is on the cusp of its exciting launch. We are actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to play a crucial role in this journey. This position involves developing and managing the company’s social media strategy, as well as crafting and executing a personalized social media plan for the founder. The ideal candidate will possess the creativity and strategic acumen to craft engaging content and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our brand’s mission during this pivotal launch phase and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Corporate and Personal Social Media Strategy:**
– Develop and oversee Scale Masters Coaching’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s launch goals and long-term vision.
– Collaborate closely with the founder to create and implement a robust personal social media strategy to complement the company’s brand.

– **Content Creation and Management:**
– Create and manage compelling, high-quality content across platforms that captures the energy and vision of a startup, including posts, videos, and graphics.
– Ensure consistency and maintain the highest quality standards in all social media content.

– **Engagement and Community Building:**
– Proactively engage with audiences, providing timely and engaging responses to foster a vibrant community.
– Build and maintain relationships with customers, potential clients, industry professionals, and influencers, especially during the critical launch phase.

– **Analytics and Reporting:**
– Track, analyze, and report on social media campaign performances and content, using analytics to guide strategies during the startup phase.
– Regularly provide insightful reports on social media performance to the management team.

– **Trends and Best Practices:**
– Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies, especially those relevant to startups.
– Employ advanced social media marketing tools for effective post management and optimization.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with startup or launch experience.
– Expertise in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
– Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
– Strong content creation and writing skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
