Social Media Manager

Ikaria Beauty is currently looking for a social media manager to join our team. As a social media manager you will be responsible for planning, developing and scheduling social media posts for Instagram and Facebook. This role will also help organize and acquire user generated content to post on social media.

Job Duties:

Follow the calendar schedule to plan and develop 3 social media posts per week
Use provided templates to create graphics on Canva to post on social media
Craft compelling content and ensure that content follows brand voice
Keep user generated content organized in Google Drive
Conduct small influencer outreaches whenever user generated content is needed to post on social media

Qualifications:
Must have excellent English copywriting skills to be able to write optimal post captions
Must have written communication skills to provide friendly and effective email communications with influencers
Must have at least 1 year of experience developing, writing captions and scheduling Instagram and Facebook posts for an e-commerce brand
Must have some experience conducting influencer outreaches
Must have experience creating and editing graphics with Canva
Must have experience with simple video editing; will be needed to edit user generated content if necessary

Ability to follow directions

Self-motivation and strong work ethic
Open and honest communication skills
Successful social media experience
Well developed time management skills
