Responsibilities
Content Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms.
Content Distribution:
Repurpose and distribute content across social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Engagement:
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Foster a community by creating and participating in conversations relevant to our niche.
Prospect Nurturing:
Identify and engage with potential clients through social media interactions.
Nurture leads and guide them towards booking sales calls and becoming clients.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
Use analytics to refine and optimize content strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the doctor and other team members to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paid social media advertising.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
