JOB BRIEF

We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to oversee advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all social media platforms.
To be successful as a social media manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, a top-notch social media manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents and previous achievements done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
-Develop social media campaigns
-Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
-Update social media content across all channels
-Engage with customers and followers
-Use social media marketing tools such as Later
-Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
-Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
-Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
-Develop content or get it done by content developers
-Keep an eye on social media trends
-Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Experienced as a social media manager or a similar role (with at least of 3-5 years of job-related experience)
-Experience in creating social media content strategies
-Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Craft engaging content
-Organized and able to multitask
-Develop, implement and manage our social media and content strategy
-Define most important social media KPIs
-Measure the success of every social media campaign
-Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
-Use social media marketing tools such as Later
-Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
-Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
-Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
-Provide constructive feedback
-Adhere to rules and regulations
-Present to Senior Management
