We are seeking a creative and dynamic Virtual Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities focused on enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing social media performance, creating compelling video content, managing multiple accounts, and developing effective email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of past social media campaigns and strategies, utilizing data to inform future content creation and marketing efforts.

Content Creation: Create engaging and trend-driven video content for social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with current trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Post Scheduling: Efficiently schedule posts across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and timely online presence. Use scheduling tools to plan and organize content in advance.

Email Marketing: Develop and create email marketing newsletters. Manage email campaigns, from the design and content creation to the analysis of campaign performance.

Multi-Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Understand the unique audience and content strategy for each platform.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for our website and social media pages. Ensure all graphics align with our brand identity and enhance our online visual presence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Experience in creating video content and graphic design.
Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
