LOTT is a startup advertising agency. We know eCommerce inside out, so whatever the niche, whatever the product, we go all-in to make our client’s eCommerce business a success. We just started out, but already have the opportunity to work together with people from all over the world. We are ambitious and base our teamwork on trust and expertise. Right now, what we need is an experienced social media manager.

Your responsibility in short
As a Social Media Manager, you will market LOTT services through all kinds of channels. The online environment is a very important start of the client journey which drives engagement with the target audience and successful sales. As Social Media Manager, you are responsible for the content planning and execution. You ensure that X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website remain attractive by posting new, relevant content on a regular basis. You take pride in what you post and create, you are creative and respond to incoming reactions.

How can you make a difference?
– Develop a deep understanding of LOTT’s target audience, their challenges and opportunities, and develop clever ideas for highly engaging content
– Develop a brand style that matches our website, but is also creative and playful
– Be accountable for the production of all content for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website content, including strategy, content development, creative execution, and publishing
– You are the proud guardian of the content calendar
– Create magnetic feeds with content that educates, entertains, and deeply resonates with our diverse audience, to grow our following across channels and keep them coming back
– Regularly engage with our audience through thoughtful, impactful, relationship-driven community management
– Develop strategic plans to leverage organic social channels by partnering with sales, customer support and HR
– Help us prioritise key social platforms, and develop strategies for new and emerging channels
– You respond to the latest online trends and actualities in the advertising industry
– Keep monitoring monthly performance and test where needed across our social channels to help us build a beloved brand

Who are you?
– Deep understanding of the e-comm and B2B space with a pulse on the trends and topics that matter to growing businesses and entrepreneurs
– Comfortable wearing multiple hats—you can think big and be strategic, but also don’t mind being hands-on-keyboard in the the conversations happening every day on social media
– Advanced understanding of social media tracking and reporting — you continuously demand more from our content and channels to drive serious impact
– Great brainstormer capable of generating creative ideas, and then designing it by yourself
– Able to take feedback well, and able to move fast
– Sharp skills in video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and graphic design
– Excellent organisational and time management skills

So, what do you bring?
– 7+ years experience in B2B social media, marketing, or creative roles.
– Experience within the advertising industry is a plus
– Understand the needs of an (eCommerce) business owner (our target audience)
– Love for trend research (within the advertising industry)
– A real eye for detail
– Excellent communication skills
– The analytical skill to analyse social growth metrics, like follower count and engagement
– Fluent English proficiency in writing and speaking
– In possession of fast internet and a good phone
