Social Media Manager

-This is a job, which means you have to work the same hours as me, which is Pacific time and 8-10 hours per day. During this time, there will be constant communication from me to you on telegram as we work together.
-Because you work for me full time (8-10 hours per day), I expect the amount of work you do everyday to match working 8-10 hours per day. Which means, I’m only looking for people who are looking for 1 full time job. If you have other jobs, don’t bother applying.

EXPERIENCES/SKILLS REQUIRED

– Must have at least 1 year’s experience POSTING on each of the following social platforms. Tik Tok, Pinterest, Instagram Reels
– Must have at least 1 year’s experience using Canva, for social media posting to create logos, images, videos, etc
– Is ready to work HARD from 8am to 5pm PST. No slackers allowed and if I feel like you aren’t working your full days, I will let you go immediately
-Exceptional English: written and spoken

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Making several (5-8) high quality posts on each of the Social platforms listed above for multiple accounts.
-That includes creating the content; video, copy, images, etc
-Research what kinds of content is getting a lot of views and creating similar content
-Creating a content calendar
-The Goal is to get as many views on the content you create. You will be given bonuses if you have any content that meets a certain number of views

REQUIREMENTS
-This is a dedicated, full-time position. So, I’m looking for someone who isn’t working multiple gigs at the same time. You must be dedicated to this role.
-You must have at least 2 monitors to work, good internet speed and a fast enough computer. I will ask for proof.
