About the Role:
The role aims to support the Marketing team and help maintain the company’s social media accounts.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Using social media marketing tools to build and maintain the company’s brand
Analyzing the company’s social media marketing plan, identifying strategic weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing the management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for engagement and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Develop captivating written content, captions, visuals, and simple videos specifically for use on social media channels
Create and ideate or generate new ideas for engaging videos, images, and posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Monitor industry trends and report findings to management
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Guide the recruitment team in finding more social media avenues to advertise and connect with potential candidates.
Ensure that branding is consistent and all online or social media profiles related to recruitment are optimized
Analyze engagement results and make necessary adjustments
Other related recruitment marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
Previously worked as a Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist or a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
Experience developing social media strategies
Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
Experience with content marketing
Ability to jump into trends and leverage the buzz around them to strengthen a brand’s online presence?
Basic video editing skills are preferred
Proficiency in image editing using Canva
Proven ability to build social media communities
SEO/SEM/SMM knowledge is an advantage
Experience working in the outsourcing or recruitment industry is an advantage.
Has extensive experience on the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and YouTube
Mastery of the different social media platforms, including reporting and analytics
Creative, witty and has a good sense of humor.
Self-starter who takes good initiative to get things done with minimal supervision
Results-driven and motivated to hit or even exceed targets
Good foresight to grab new marketing trends and ad opportunities
