Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Manager with a strong background in graphic design to elevate our client’s social media presence and engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual who possesses exceptional design capabilities, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and a passion for driving audience engagement.

Responsibilities:
– Develop visually stunning and impactful graphic designs for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
– Create engaging and dynamic content including videos, polls, and other interactive posts to captivate the target audience.
– Manage and schedule daily posts across various social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
– Engage with online communities and groups relevant to the client’s industry to foster connections and drive business opportunities.
– Collaborate with the client to understand their brand identity and goals, ensuring all content aligns with their vision.
– Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
– Utilize AI and ChatGPT to enhance communication and engagement strategies.
– Work independently to create compelling content without constant guidance.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
– Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
– In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to create, edit, and produce videos, including green screen editing (preferred).
– Comfortable with AI and ChatGPT technologies, leveraging them to enhance social media strategies.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple social media accounts and schedules.
– Experience in engaging with online communities and groups to drive meaningful interactions.
– Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward adapting to new tools and trends.
