Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms, implementing tailored content strategies, and fostering community engagement. Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute different content strategies tailored to each account and platform type.
*Conduct research for multiple content creators and social accounts to stay ahead of trends and audience interests.
*Collaborate with our in-house video editing team to write and develop reel scripts. Create a template of reel ideas with website links to sources, images, videos, etc. (25 scripts written per week, with 14 chosen for recording, editing, and posting).
* Post content to various platforms without the use of automation, except through the native app to maintain reach.
*Design and post engaging stories on multiple platforms, primarily focused on entertainment with subtle selling elements.
*Analyze the performance of all posts and develop strategies to create new hooks and repurpose existing content for better reach.
*Implement a reposting strategy for high-performing posts (repost 3-6 months later).
*Engage with followers by commenting on their posts, replying to comments on our posts, and building a strong community.
*Generate response video ideas from comments and write scripts for responses. Aim for at least one comment response video for every 20k views across platforms on a post.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Excellent communication and community-building skills.
Familiarity with native posting tools for various social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who can learn our current content creation processes and then scale them effectively.
