Job Description: As a Social Media Manager at Kitchel Law, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s voice and online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy that aligns with our firm’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a brand strategy that reflects our firm’s friendly and approachable ethos.
• Craft compelling stories and create engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Establish and maintain our firm’s unique voice across all digital channels.
• Repurpose video and written content for different formats, including carousels and blog posts.
• Research and outline content for talking head videos, showcasing our expertise and approachability.
• Drive creative ideation for social media posts and blog content.
• Regularly update our website with fresh video and blog content.
• Design and create landing pages that are both visually appealing and effective in lead generation.
• Write and research SEO-optimized blog posts, incorporating effective keyword strategies.
• Apply technical SEO skills to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
• Develop and manage a quarterly marketing plan, complete with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Engage with our audience through thoughtful social media commenting and engagement strategies, such as the dollar eight strategy.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and storytelling in a digital context.
• Experience in content repurposing, SEO, and technical aspects of digital marketing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong research skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
• Familiarity with legal industry and personal injury law is a plus.
