– Strategic Planning: Create and execute month-long social media calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery.

– Engagement Growth:Implement strategies to increase audience engagement, including interactive campaigns, contests, and regular updates.

– Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

– Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into our strategy as appropriate.

– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and original content.
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
