Social Media Manager

Job Summary:?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social media manager to join our credit repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media marketing, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and email support. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with creating content/pictures using Canva and knowledge of ads.

Work Hours:
This is an overnight position.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
– Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for all social media platforms.
– Manage and grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and lead generation.
– Monitor and analyze social media trends, analytics, and metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
– Respond to customers’ inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via email support.
– Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across all platforms.
– Collaborate with other teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in social media management and marketing.
– Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
– Experience with email support and customer service.
– Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
